RENTAL AND UTILITY ASSISTANCE

CHANGE HAPPENS!
COVID-19 RECOVERY FUND

Applicants must submit an application on the Change Happens! website. Assistance may be provided to a single household in either component 1 or component 2, but not both.

Change Happens! launched the COVID 19 Recovery Fund which includes a Flexible Emergency Financial Assistance Program.

Component 1  maximum award is $500.00

Flexible Emergency Financial Assistance (examples: food assistance, utility assistance, medication assistance)  

Component 2 Maximum award is $1000.00

Housing Emergency Assistance Program (examples: rental or mortgage assistance for those who cannot pay current months rent or behind on rent and at risk for eviction, foreclosure, or homelessness)

2nd and 4th Fridays 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Blodgett Urban Gardens has fresh produce available. Although it is not a giveaway pantry, produce is exchanged for a donation and they do accept SNAP as a vendor participating in the Double Up program. Blodgett Urban Gardens continues to support and supplement other organizations' pantries when they are able to do so.
