GET INVOLVED

The NTW Steering Committee is a governing body, composed of key community stakeholders and residents, that provide ongoing oversight and guidance on implementing NTW project activities. Steering Committee members are expected to assist NTW in accessing resources, to provide community insight, and to actively participate in NTW-related meetings, events, conferences, and other functions.
Subcommittee chairs are needed for the Neighborhood Building, and Families, Children, and Seniors subcommittees. Subcommittee chairs head each subcommittee and report discussions, events, and progress back to the Steering Committee and Program Manager.

As a BIG Leader, you are a critical component in uniting the neighborhood and maximizing available resources in the community. A BIG Leader is a connector between individual residents, the NTW Steering Committee, and other community organizations. Responsibilities include sharing information with individuals on your block, advocating for neighbors around you, building resident relationships, and staying connected to the larger community efforts.
